Hello, I am Jonas, and this is where I keep my recipes.
I cook most evenings in a kitchen with two burners and not much counter. Everything here has been made in that kitchen more than once.
I am not a chef. I cook for family and friends, and I write down what they ask for again.
Amounts are metric and ovens are in Celsius. Times are what it takes in my kitchen; yours may differ, so trust what you see in the pan more than the clock.
